What We Do

As a way for you to get more comfortable with what you can expect during your experience at DaVinci, here's a broad outline of the steps in the process.

Greeting
Unlike larger, more impersonal stores, you won't find yourself wandering around confused for 5 minutes at DaVinci. Our flooring and design specialists will greet you, ask you how you're feeling, and share any information that will help. And if you're just browsing around, great. But when you need a resource or have a question, we'll be right there.

Design & Details
This is the fun part. If you're overwhelmed by the possibilities or can't decide what would look best, our flooring and design specialists can lend their expertise and ideas. We'll show you photos, give you examples of other designs we've helped with in the past, and describe which types of flooring work best depending on the room's purpose. The most noticeable design element in any room is the floor, and we'll help you select a style and color that puts a smile on your face every time you see it.

Pricing
Throughout the whole process, we'll be mindful of your budget, and after we've selected the flooring you love, we'll hammer out the price details. You'll commit to the purchase at the agreed upon price and payment plan, and that's it for the paperwork!

Timeframe
At this point, we can talk about your expectations for delivery and installation. For most orders, plan on giving us 7-10 days from the date you sign the agreement. But if you have time-sensitive circumstances, we'll do our best to work with you on an individual basis.

Installation
Once your order arrives at DaVinci, we will help you coordinate your schedule with the experienced professionals on the installation team.
